How do I track my order?
Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email of your purchase with a tracking number included.
What payment methods are accepted?
Laila's Little Bowtique accepts the following; Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal etc.
How do I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 we will not allow any exchanges until further notice. If an occasion arises where you would need to exchange an item, please contact for further instructions on dealing with the matter.
How long after I place my order will it ship?
Orders are processed 24-48 hours after payment is received. All orders are shipped out Monday through Friday only.
Weekend orders will be shipped out the following Monday morning.
Once shipped your order will arrive within 1-4 business days.
All bows are handmade as soon as an order is placed. Custom Orders require a little extra time, if I do not have the materials in house please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be completed and shipped.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes! We are pleased to say we can accommodate international orders.
What is your return policy?
No RETURNS will be accepted, due to COVID-19.
SHIPPING POLICY
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there are issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, you do not respond, your order will be canceled and your money will refunded to you.
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP. If your order was placed on the weekend, please email us first thing Monday morning. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Laila’s Little Bowtique, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. Laila’s Little Bowtique DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that say DELIVERED.
Just a reminder that you will receive shipping confirmation within 5-7 business days from the day the order was placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 3-4 days to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and does not include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state they are delivered. We offer USPS 1st Class & Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout.
International orders may be subjected to custom charges by your native country.
